Autumn 2010

We would like to thank all our guests for a great summer season, as well as all the guides in our team who helped to make it so successful.

Andi and I are currently trekking & mountaineering in China/Tibet until mid October. We may not be able to respond to your enquiries for the winter season immediately but will do so upon our return.

Rock Climbing Verdon

This impressive gorge in the south of France is without doubt one of the best sport climbing areas in Europe.

Verdon offers both short tours and multi pitch routes in all levels of dificulty.

We will spend the first day in a sport climbing sport to get to know the participants climbing level and to aquaint ourselves with the French grading system. This is very important because on the following day, participants will abseil into the gorge  and have to then climb back out! However, there is a mountain guide on hand should anybody come into difficulties.

The mediteranean atmosphere and French food and wine make the week into a great climbing holiday.

Highlights:    Abseiling into the unknown and climbing back out!

Fitness:         Experience lead climbing up to Grade 5

Group:           Maximum of 5 participants per Mountain Guide

Price:             All prices include guiding and bed & breakfast accommodation

Five nights bed and breakfast in the Hotel in La Palud sur Verdon
