Ten 4000m peaks await us on this well known tour which starts from Zermatt in Switzerland.
The Breithorn and Pollux are ideal (with some help from the Cable Car) for the first day.
Castor, Punto Naso, Parrotspitze, Vincentpyramide and the Signalkuppe are the peaks we will summit over the next days, sleeping at the Magaritha Hut (at 4554m the highest mountain hut in the Alps).
The highlight of the tour is the summit of the Zumsteinspitze from where we can watch a stunning sunrise over the north Italian alps.
We then descend to the Monte Rosa Hut where we will enjoy a hearty second breakfast before continuing our descent back to Zermatt.
