Kals am Groβglockner is a very high mountain village in East Tirol. Here we will overnight in a traditional alpine farmhouse, a perfect place to relax after a day ski touring.

The first tour is up the Figerhorn (2743m), whose broad slopes are perfect for warming up on.  Over the next days we will choose our tours carefully, depending on the weather and conditions. Some of the many options include the Hoch Schober (3242m), Weiβerknoten (2676m), Burgwartscharte (3104m) and the Böses Weibl ( 3119m).

Difficulty:      Participants need to be comfortable on red slopes

Fitness:         Able to ascend for 5 - 7 hours over technically easy terrain
